WHS regulators in the Commonwealth and in each state and territory are responsible for regulating and enforcing the laws in their jurisdictions.
Interpretive Guidelines, Regulations and Model Codes of Practice assist the Regulators and include key concepts for the model WHS Act, and indicate how the laws will be enforced.
